As a domain expert in the “Workplace Solutions” domain you will help to ensure & shape a seamless, modern end-to-end employee, company, and employee-facing-application journey by evolving “Identity & Access Management for Employee (IAME)” product. Your Responsibilities:  -Together with IAME Product Manager, Workplace Solutions domain architect, and based on inputs from stakeholders, continually evaluate if the current solution and strive for continuous improvement to fulfill the current and further demands -Help to shape the ongoing initiative to modernize the existing identity management landscape by replacing legacy infrastructure, consolidation & quality improvements of data and streamlining of interfaces -Identifying user problems, proposing solutions to reach the expected outcome, and constantly striving to improve the product by making sure the team can focus on the most important topics -Defining and executing together with the team the strategy of the product -Conveying or sharing ideas, feelings, and information using the most appropriate methods, tools, and channels for the respective audience -Accompanying the development sprint planning and execution of acceptance test phase -Coordination of internal project activities (e.g., migration and/or activation activities) -Support with the definition and achievement of objectives and key results (OKR’s) Required key competencies and qualifications: -Solid experience with a microservice-based architecture running on cloud native environment -Good knowledge in REST-API’s, JSON and XML and relational databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL-Server, Postgres, or Oracle) -Basic knowledge of common authentication protocols (e.g., SAML2, OAUTH2) -Experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory -3+ years of experience with enterprise identity management -Working collaboratively with various teams throughout the broader organization -Translating business requirements into technical specifications
