(Senior) Consultant Embedded Engineering MB.OS / ECU Development (m/w/d)

What tasks are expected of you? In our dynamic and agile team, you will play a crucial role in consulting and developing several future important control units of Mercedes-Benz. Based on your extensive experience in control unit projects and outstanding reference projects in the Mercedes-Benz context, you will be significantly involved in formulating and establishing standard processes (requirements engineering, software development, ASPICE compliance, etc.) for future control unit projects. You are a pioneer in automation and will drive it forward in our future control unit projects by efficiently automating standard processes (e.g., software integration). How do you fit into our team? You have many years of experience in consulting and/or managing automotive control unit developments and have successfully operated in challenging roles such as Feature Owner or Product Owner. Your profound expertise in Automotive SPICE as well as AUTOSAR Classic (SWCs, BSW, RTE) makes you an industry expert. You have extensive experience in modeling system and software architectures and have successfully used tools like Enterprise Architect or similar. As an experienced team player, you are familiar with agile working methods and understand the dynamics and collaboration within an agile team. You are characterized by your quick comprehension, structured work approach, and the ability to independently explore and familiarize yourself with new topics in an agile environment. A completed degree with a focus on computer science or a comparable education forms the basis of your expertise. You have a very good command of German and English (B2 level or higher) both spoken and written.
