At IAV, we develop embedded software both classically in C/C++ and with model-based development tools. As a team leader, you will actively shape the further development of our team and work closely with our clients as a contact person. Job-ID: TT-S-15190 YOUR TASKS Management of a development team in the area of embedded software development Active support of the projects with regard to resource planning as well as monitoring of quality, deadlines and costs Collaboration in innovative automotive projects Collaboration in the design, interpretation and optimization of process requirements for software development Collaboration in the acquisition of new projects YOUR SKILLS Successfully completed university degree in electrical engineering, (technical) computer science, mechatronics or in a comparable field of study. Development experience of embedded systems and ideally experience in series development in the automotive sector Nice-to-have First experiences in technical and/or disciplinary management of employees desirable Knowhow in development and test methodology of embedded software systems Knowledge of embedded software (C/C++ or similar high-level language) Application experience in Automotive SPICE and/or agile development methods is a plus Confident appearance in dealing with customers and employees as well as an independent and structured way of working OUR OFFER Taking responsibility instead of being a cog in the wheel.
