YOUR MISSION
- Support and drive the SEO product roadmap and manage its development process including research, prioritization, and its correct implementation across our platforms and countries.
- Support and own cross-functional SEO projects from ideation to implementation, from their impact forecast to their performance measurement.
- Use your knowledge and research skills to improve the SEO landing pages experience while having the customer at the number one place of everything we implement.
- Drive business results by applying industry best practices and collaborating closely with the Product team, UX, Design, and Marketing teams.
- Think outside of the box to translate your ideas into practice using A/B tests and direct applications.
- Measure and report relevant KPIs to drive continuous improvement and evaluate your success.
- Be the SEO evangelist in the company.
YOUR PROFILE
- The first profound professional experience of hands-on SEO projects management experience with a proven track of project management and ideally managing big websites with >1M indexed pages.
- Proficiency in using the most common SEO tools including Google Search Console, Bing Search Console, Sistrix, Semrush & crawling software (screaming frog or similar).
- Good HTML ,CSS & JavaScript knowledge. Python knowledge is a plus.
- Experience running SEO A/B tests and considering other stakeholders in the application of SEO requirements.
- Technical proficiency and understanding of software development processes with the ability to strengthen productive working relationships with product owners and developers.
- You have already tested the impact of AI in your SEO work.
An analytical mindset combined with a strong understanding of business KPIs.
- German, Spanish, or Italian skills are a plus.
