What tasks can you expect?
You will work together with our small team every day to empower our software engineers in their tasks.
In doing so, you will be in close contact with software engineers and participate in corporate committees to appropriately consider the perspectives of developers in IT decisions.
In unusual individual cases, you will investigate the root causes of problems and find solutions for the individuals affected.
You will actively engage as a member of the software developer community, communicate with community members, answer questions, moderate discussions, and resolve conflicts within the community.
How do you fit into our team?
As a developer, you can understand the needs and issues of other developers related to support, workplace, and network.
You have successfully completed education or studies in the IT field and have gained relevant professional experience.
You will fit in well with us if you have experience in software development and speak the language of developers.
You are skilled at engaging with different groups of people through your communication skills and can confidently express your opinions even in larger gatherings.
Having familiarity with everything that runs on developer computers - from software development environments to virtual machines - would be helpful.
If you enjoy working independently and possess patience and perseverance for committee work, then you are a perfect fit for us.
You complement our team with very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
