Information

Software projects can become increasingly complex, demanding a range of skills and knowledge across different areas of development. However, it's essential to remain focused on the actual requirements, customer needs, and business value without getting lost in technical details. In cross-functional teams, it can be challenging to consolidate business requirements and implementations effectively, especially when multiple models of the target system emerge. Our workshop introduces user-centric process analysis to help gain a better understanding of relevant business processes that need to be delivered to stakeholders. We use design thinking and stakeholder feedback to validate software design and ensure it meets user needs. We develop a domain model to create application artifacts in a model-driven development process, and we use iterative review and development cycles to ensure systems are constantly adapted to user needs and process changes.
